
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry has died, one day after suffering serious injuries upon falling out of the back of a pickup truck in what authorities describe as a domestic dispute with his fiancee.
Police say Henry died at 6:36 a.m. Thursday. Henry was 26.
When officers arrived, they found Henry, 26, laying in the road, apparently suffering from life-threatening injuries. Medics transported him to the Carolinas Medical Center. His condition has not been released. Based on information gathered by police at the scene, a domestic situation began at a residence on Peachtree Road. According to police, his fiancée got into a pickup truck and drove away from the residence. As she was driving away, Henry jumped into the bed of the truck. Police say at some point when his fiancée was driving, Henry fell out of the back of the truck.
According to his fiancee Loleini’s myspace they were in the midst of planning a huge wedding. Update hours before the incident:

The couple was raising three kids together!
